As Max Impact began to grow it became obvious that diagnostic tools were
needed to understand the "people" aspect of business problems. In 2003, Max
Impact turned to
Profiles International due to PI's quality and variety of
assessments. These assessments allow Max Impact to diagnose people and
corporate culture so we can prescribe workable solutions to business issues.
Our History
Max Impact was founded in 2002 by Rick Weaver, whose successful retail career
spans more than 30 years. While leading the Vendor Development Department
at Kmart, Rick worked with hundreds of vendors, learning the best practices in
the supply chain.
We exist to help people and companies make their maximum impact in their
endeavors.
Vision
Our supply chain professionals are experienced in all aspects from raw materials
procurement to final retail sale, will work with our clients with customized solutions
to maximize results by building strong connections among employees, customers,
and/or suppliers.
He discovered one of the main problems preventing consistent high performance
was the untapped talent at each company. He decided to focus on developing
programs that would draw out the hidden abilities within each person while
connecting teams of employees, customers, and suppliers to a shared vision of
success.
In 2005 Max Impact began MBC to develop a strong understanding of the cultural
aspect of the business world. Generational, regional, corporate, ethnic, and
other cultures were creating a challenge for organizations. Materials were
developed to ensure our solutions cross cultural barriers.
The future is bright for Max Impact -- just as it can be bright for any organization
that is properly structured and positioned for success!
