Every organization in existence for more than ten minutes has a defined culture through which all things are done and all decisions are made. The success of the organization is largely dependant on the culture itself. If the organization is consistently in black ink, the culture is successful. If the organization ism experiencing red ink, addressing the culture can single-handedly turn around the results.
Examples are companies like Southwest Airlines with solid black ink in an industry where red is the predominant color. McDonald’s Restaurants was able to regain their position as the true industry leader when they changed their culture from traditional to contemporary.
The reality of any business is that it is perfectly designed to get the results it is currently getting. If an organization wants better results, it typically will focus on current results. However for real improvement, the organization must focus on the design, also known as culture.
This program looks at culture and how to replace the culture with a high performance contemporary structure.
