Have you ever driven faster than the speed limit?  If we are honest we must admit that at some point in time we
have all driven too fast.  In reality, most people have a tolerance level for speeding.  For some, it is okay to drive
5 miles over the posted limit while others have no problem with 15 over the limit.  Others try diligently to stay at
or under the limit yet fail victim to distractions causing their attention to wander briefly as their speed creeps up.

With few exceptions, business people today feel they are ethical.  The reality is that each of us has drawn a line
between what is and what is not ethical.  This line is in different spots for each of us.  What we may see as
ethical, others may see as unethical.  We also must wrestle with the reality that, just like driving, we may allow
distractions or slow acceleration to get us to the point that we have unwittingly crossed our own line.

This session is a powerful reality check of where we draw individually draw the line and how we can
unknowingly stray across the line.  We will learn practical methods that will help us recognize when the line is
being crossed before we actually cross it.
