We know that busy educators need tremendous flexibility when earning their State Board CEUs and SB-
CPEs. Through a partnership with Macomb Community College in Clinton Township, Michigan, MaxImpact
is able to offer online classes designed to offer quality recertification opportunities to fit into any
schedule.

If you can get to a PC that accesses the Internet you are able to take these classes and work at your
own speed.  The classroom is open 24/7 with students from across the country.  Here are some added
advantages of our online classes:
  • Work at your own speed
  • Sign into the class when it is most convenient for you
  • Take up to two extra weeks if needed because of vacation or busy exam periods
  • Register for the summer or fall class(es) of your choice

The Well-Balanced Teacher
The demands of the teaching profession take a heavy tool on educators.  Exit interviews in Arizona,
Florida, and Minnesota show that the number one reason people leave teaching is the impact of the
classroom on their personal life.  This is our most comprehensive class looking at how to take control of
your life and classroom. You will learn skills to make you a more effective teacher and friend.

Conflict Management for Educators
Conflict at school can have a negative effect on your performance as a teacher.  This class looks at ways
to manage conflict between students, administrators, and parents.

Project Management
Whether your projects are classroom assignments, school activities, or extracurricular projects, this
class will teach you what you need to coordinate and lead a team to successful completion. Together
we look at strategy, creativity, building alliances, establishing teamwork, and remaining focused.

Diversity on Campus
Communities through the country are experiencing a growth in the diversity of their residents. From
kindergarten to higher education, educators are now faced with a need to understand the cultures and
beliefs of these emerging populations. This workshop acquaints educators with information they need
to connect to their diverse students and parents.

Generations in the Classroom
Colleges and universities are now seeing students from four generations sitting side-by-side in the same
classes. With different cognitive styles, motivators, and technical prowess, and attention spans,
Educators are finding it challenging to connect the multi-generational classroom to the same learning
outcomes. This class provides insight into strategies to create superior outcomes.

For your school
All classes can be customized for your specific school or school district.  You must have at least 10
participants for a dedicated online class and you receive a 10% discount on the above prices. Dedicated
classes must be arranged six weeks in advance in order to file the required forms and receive an
approval code from the State Board of Education.
