This information results in an individual coaching session to review individual coaching tips.  

Following this session, the leader takes a monthly or quarterly
online training program exclusively developed based on their individual
and specific needs, as determined by the online assessment process.

Format
Assessments are online and can be taken from any PC connected to the Internet.  

Workshops are online with participants working at their own speed when it conveniently works into their schedule.

Occasionally workshops may be presented in person as a staff meeting, power breakfast, impact lunch hour, staff meeting, or some
