Congratulations, you are still reading this! You have already started down the road to putting off your procrastination. Everybody procrastinates in one way or another for one reason or another. Kicking the procrastination habit is somewhat dependant on your ability to discover what you procrastinate about most frequently – but more importantly it is about why you procrastinate the task or tasks.
This session looks at your specific procrastination habits. Participants will understand how and why they procrastinate in ways they have not previously recognized. More importantly, they will understand how they can most effectively deal with their own tendencies and inclination to procrastinate.

Using a series of discussion, interactive lecture, self-assessment, and self-examination, participants will be lead through a process to develop a real plan to overcome procrastination in the future. Participants will leave this session with information they will be able to put into immediate use – and a desire to begin overcoming procrastination immediately!
