Every organization has a corporate culture from which employees learn for function and, hopefully, succeed.  Although these cultures
are believed by their leaders to be successful, many times their very success hinged on their talent – plus their ability to thrive in their
culture.  In reality, many highly talented people at all levels can be left behind when the culture does not allow them to thrive.

Every corporate cultures falls into one of these three cultural attitudes:
•        Chaos – an interpersonal attitude of alienation and noncompliance
•        Stability – an interpersonal attitude of conformity and compliance
•        High Performance – an interpersonal attitude of trust and collaboration

The High Performance culture is one where supervisors understand the importance of setting clear performance expectations for their
people, and how to deal effectively with harmful employee behavior.

Topics
Each participant will examine their own attitude and develop an understanding of how to move their organization into the world of
high performance. They will be able to set specific expectations for their people and how to encourage their people to succeed.

In this workshop participants will:
•        Learn to confront behavior that fails to meet expectations
•        Understand the importance of discipline and conformity in building trust
•        Develop a set of non-negotiables for those whom you lead
•        Practice the skill of harnessing harmful behavior
•        Apply the skill to back-home situations

Once their organization moves to a high performance culture, every individual is able to show the full range of their talent, as trust
replaces political barriers.
