develop policies and plans to achieve these objectives, and to allocate resources to achieve the desired results. In order to be a

resources, circumstances, and objectives.

Format
This program consists on an initial online assessment by each member of the executive team.  

As a group, the team will work through sessions that are scheduled in two to three hours weekly or bi-weekly sessions.  

The program can also be scheduled as an executive retreat, generally taking three days.
