Whenever someone assumes the role of supervisor, they must go through a transition period during which they learn about their people, procedures, responsibilities, and policies. During this period, the productivity of the organization will suffer a 60-day drop in productivity of up to 35% for the department and up to 75% for the supervisor. Any “people mistakes” made by the supervisor, such as dealing with the attitudes of the workers, will prolong this period.
The Supervisor’s Boot Camp will shorten this ramp up to productivity by instilling the people skills the supervisor needs in order to become personally effective and to draw talent out of their people.
What you will gain Although this program is designed for new supervisors, all supervisors will gain from the valuable new concepts and ideas, many of which participants will be able to put into action immediately upon returning to work.
