Teamwork is a buzzword being used in organizations throughout the world.  They are trying to capitalize on a management style proven
to deliver outcomes far superior to those of the traditional organizational structure.  Well-formed teams are cohesive work groups
where synergy drives results.

Just as in sports, being a team does not automatically constitute success.  Professional teams seek individuals with talent in multiple
areas.  To be a championship team, members must excel at their individual positions while having some experience with other positions
or tasks.  For example, in baseball, someone who is outstanding in the outfield must also be able to bat/  A home run slugger must also
know how to lay down a bunt.  Some teammates must be able to create a winning attitude even when the team is down by five runs.
Other team members need to help with strategy to beat a challenging opponent.

In business, the same holds true.  Organizations that understand how to put winning teams together see consistently great results from
the team experience.  Those that slap teams together without thought or knowledge of team principles quickly become convinced that
teams “just don’t work”.  This session will put you into the first group – assembling world championship teams on a regular basis.

What you will gain
During this interactive session we will look at how to assemble championship teams.  Our topics
include:

One’s viewpoint of teams is filtered through the paradigm of part team experiences.  This session

and experiences to contribute to a success beyond the sum of individual contributions.
